Galway Bay fm newsroom - ESB crews are working to restore power to thousands of customers across the country in the wake of Storm Eleanor.
In Galway more than 200 customers are without power in Clifden, Maam, Recess, Headford and Portumna.
Power is due to be restored to the Recess and Portumna area by about 11.30 this morning and by 4 this afternoon in Headford.
However, there is no estimated restoration time for electricity in Clifden or Maam yet.
