12 percent drop in new car sales across Galway

Galway Bay fm newsroom - There's been a significant drop in new car sales across Galway.

So far this year, over 2, 200 new cars have been registered in the city and county.

That's a drop of over 12 percent on the 2016 figure of over 2, 500.

Nationally, new car sales are down by over 20% on last year.
