1,163 new cases of COVID-19 nationally

Galway Bay fm newsroom - 1,163 new cases of Covid19 have been confirmed today.

297 patients are in hospital with the virus, that's up 11 from yesterday.

61 are in ICU, an increase of two on yesterday's figures.
