100 new jobs for medical facility in Spiddal

Galway Bay fm newsroom – 100 new jobs are being announced for a new manufacturing facility in Spiddal.

Freudenberg Medical is creating the roles as it opens its new facility today, and is looking to grow its workforce to 400 over the next 18 months.

It comes as over 200 new jobs will be announced across three city tech firms later this morning.

Enterprise Minister Simon Coveney will be in Ballybrit and Salthill for announcements at Nostra and Titan HQ, while HPE will launch Ireland’s Global Centre of Excellence.
