Galway senior hurlers begin their 2025 Leinster SHC campaign this Saturday at 3.45 pm in UPC Nowlan Park when they take on Kilkenny in the opening round of the round-robin championship. The sides net in Round 2 of last year's provincial championship in Pearse Stadium when it finished in a draw, Galway 2-23 Kilkenny 0-29. Galway failed to make the top three after defeats to Wexford and Dublin in the final two rounds, with Kilkenny going on to win their 5th Leinster title in a row with a facile 16-point win over the Dubs in the final.
