The 2025 Lidl National Football League was launched this week at an event in Croke Park featuring an expert panel discussion on the importance of growing female player profiles and connecting new audiences to the people on and off the pitch to drive deeper engagement with female sports. A stellar line-up of Irish and international experts shared their experiences on the day and several leading inter-county players were there, including Lidl ambassadors Carla Rowe (Dublin), Síofra O'Shea (Kerry) and Nicola Ward (Galway).
