Pat died at Galway University Hospital with his loving wife Barbara by his side.

Predeceased by his parents Padraic and Máire (nèe O' Dwyer).

Mourned and sadly missed by his wife, brother-in-law Thomas, sisters-in-law Mary-Ann, Noreen and Sally, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the O' Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, (H91V1K8) on Wednesday, 7 June, from 4.30 p.m. with Removal at 6.30 p.m. to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday, 8 June, 2023. Following Mass, Pat will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery. House Private, by request. No flowers, please.
