  1. We are so sorry to hear of Michael Monaghan s passing. He was a kind lovely cheerful man that brightened my day any time I met him. I loved his stories and his way of telling them.Michael was a poet with a fabulous turn of phrase and saw the humorous side of everyday situations. Michael served the people of Oranmore faithfully and cheerfully for many years. His smile and good humour will be missed . Of that there is no doubt. Rest in peace Michael. You are a huge loss to us all
