Castlelambert, Athenry, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at University Hospital, Galway. Predeceased by his parents Joe and Nora, sister Breege, brothers Joe and Jimmy and nephew Sean.
Sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, daughters Geraldine (Shanaglish) and Deirdre (Turloughmore), sons-in-law Colm Flanagan and Declan Murphy, sisters Maureen (Australia) and Rose (Tiaquin), brother-in-law Eamon Gullane, grandchildren Aoife, Ashling, Conor, Shane, Caoimhe, Ciara and Mary, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Gardner’s Funeral Home, Athenry on Thursday 18th January, from 5:30pm. Removal at 7:30pm to the Church of The Assumption, Athenry. Requiem Mass on Friday 19th at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery, Athenry. Mass will be live streamed on https://www.churchmedia.tv/st-marys-parish-1 and can be listened to on the parish radio 106.5FM.
