Tom passed peacefully from this life on Monday, 4th of December 2023, in Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe, Co Galway.

Predeceased by his mother Margaret, his uncles Paddy and Michael, his aunt Mary and cousin Michael.

Tom is deeply regretted by his cousins Marion (Brick), Ann (McGinley), Fidelma and Tim Callanan, members of the extended family, staff and residents of Portumna Retirement Village and his many friends.

Tom will repose at Dignity Funeral Care funeral home (H62 DV76), Loughrea on Thursday 7th December from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral cortege will arrive to Our Lady of Lourdes Church Kilrickle on Friday 8th of December at 12.45pm for Requiem Mass for Tom at 1pm. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
