Thomas (Tommy) passed from this life unexpectedly, in the care of
St. Vincent's Hospital,
Elm Park, Dublin,
following a short illness.

Predeceased by his beloved parents
Tom and Julia and brother John,
Tommy is sadly missed by his brothers Pat and Michael, and his sister Mary,
sisters in law Deborah and Claudia,
cherished nephews and nieces,
cousins, extended family, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Tommy will repose in Dignity Funeral Care Funeral Home, Portumna Retirement Village, (H53 AY18) on Wednesday 20th from 5pm to 7pm.
Funeral cortege will arrive at St. Brigid's Church on Thursday 21st at 10:45am.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11am for the repose of Tommy's soul.
Burial will take place immediately afterwards in Tynagh Cemetery.
