The death has occurred of Marie Garrett (née O'Brien), Dunboyne, Meath / Salthill, Galway / Athlone, Westmeath
Peacefully on 12 th April 2025, in the excellent care of the amazing staff of Dunshaughlin Care Home.
Beloved wife of the late Tom, loving mother of Nicola, Jennifer and Tom and sister to Laura. Sadly missed by her adored grandchildren Robyn, Sam, Peter, Marcus, Sophie, Rebekah, James, Nicole; Luke, sons-in-law Per-Olov, Joe, daughter-in-law Zoe, her sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends, carers and neighbours, especially Maureen Kissane.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at her home in Dunboyne today from 5pm to 8pm. Her remains will be removed to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill, Galway (H91 T8F5) on Tuesday 15th April arriving at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass at 11:00am on Wednesday. Burial afterwards in Rahoon Cemetery (H91 XW62).
