The death has occurred of Kevin Cooke, An Tuairin, Tuam, Co. Galway and formerly of Caherlissakill, Monivea, Co. Galway. 5th April 2025.
Kevin died peacefully in the tender loving care of the staff of the Joe and Helen O'Toole Community Nursing Home, Tuam, following a short illness.
Beloved son of Nora and the late Patrick. Kevin will be very sadly missed by his mother Nora, his sister Deirdre, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Kevin’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Kevin will repose in the Sacred Heart Room, adjacent to the Sacred Heart Church, Ryehill, Monivea (H65 YE18) on Monday 7th April 2025 from 6.30 pm with removal at 8 pm to the adjoining Church. Requiem Mass on Tuesday 8th April 2025 at 12 noon after which Kevin will be laid to rest in Tobar Padraig Cemetery, Ryehill, Monivea.
Kevin’s family wish to acknowledge the exceptional care that Kevin received from both the Galway Hospice Foundation and the Joe & Helen O’Toole Community Nursing Home while under their care.
