On behalf of myself and my father John I would like to say how sad I was at the news of Hugh. He had an infectious sense of humour and someone whom I greatly respected and enjoyed his company when back home. He was a very kind soul witha great distinctive voice who always took time to visit my father when he came over to Glasgow and that was appreciated. I knew he doted on Edel and his girls. The world is a sadder place but I hope the family can take some comfort in the sense he was one of the good ones. RIP Hugh (Ollie)
