The death has occurred of Gerard O'Doherty, Carheeny, Claregalway, Galway and formerly of Drom, Co. Tipperary. Pre-deceased by his parents James and Elizabeth and his infant sister Elizabeth. Suddenly at his home. Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his wife Anne, his daughters Georgina and Olivia, his son Fergal, his daughter-in-law Caitríona (Mc Loughlin) and his adored grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his brothers Larry, Pat (Tipperary), Fr.Oliver (Manchester) and John (Cork), his sister Marie (Limerick), his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Sioraíocht in the grounds of the Assumption and St. James Church, Claregalway (H91YH05) on Friday evening 25th of April from 4.30pm removal at 6.30pm to the adjacent church. Requiem Mass on Saturday morning 26th of April at 11am, burial afterwards in Cregg Cemetery (H91EK7R). Funeral Mass will be live-streamed at www.churchtv.ie/claregalway and broadcast on parish radio.
