Eithne died peacefully on the 24 December at University Hospital Galway, surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved wife of the late Bertie O'Toole and much loved mother of Clare Barrett, Barry, Simon and Emer Cuddy. Sadly missed by her children, sons-in-law Ian and Shane, daughters-in-law Linda and Anna, her grandchildren Isobel and Keelan, Karl and Lisa, Lily and Dawn, Emma and Hugh, the extended O'Toole and Dwyer family, neighbours and many friends.
Reposing at Áras Naofa within the grounds of St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Renmore, Galway on Wednesday 27 December, 2023 from 5.00 p.m. with Removal to the adjacent Church at 6.30 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Eithne at 12 noon on Thursday 28 December. Following Mass she will be laid to rest with her beloved Bertie in Bohermore cemetery.
