In her 19th year, peacefully at her home, surrounded by her heartbroken family and in the care of Galway Hospice Homecare team and Irish Cancer Society Night Nurse Service, after a long illness fought with great courage and good humour.
Sinead will be forever missed by her parents Maeve and Joe, brothers Matthew and Marc, grandmothers Ciss and Mary, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Grenham’s Funeral Home, Ballinasloe on Sunday, 14th April, from 4pm-7pm (H53 HK15).
Funeral mass at the Sacred Heart Church, Kilconnell on Monday, 15th April, at 12pm followed by a private cremation.
House strictly private.
