The death has occurred of Seamus (James) Grady, Maree Rd, Oranmore, Co. Galway and formerly Curry, Ballaghadereen, Co. Roscommon. He passed away, unexpectedly, while abroad with his wife Geraldine, in Gran Canaria and friends from the Galway Walking Club.

 

Predeceased by his parents Patrick (Pake) and Winifred (Una) Grady.

 

Seamus will be sadly missed by his loving wife Geraldine, his sons Alan and Donal, his daughter Claire (Thornton), Paddy Staunton, who grew up with Seamus as a brother, son-in-law Colin, daughter-in-law Siobhán, and his much-adored grandchildren Michael and Jack. Dearly loved and greatly missed by all the Muldoon family, his extended relatives, neighbours, in Ballaghaderreen and Oranmore and his very many friends.

 

May his kind heart and gentle soul Rest In Peace.

 

Reposing at Tearmann Mhuire on the grounds of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore (H91 XC61), this Tuesday evening, the 30th of January 2024, from 4pm to 7pm.

 

Requiem Mass at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore on Wednesday, 31st January 2024, at 11am. Mass will be broadcast on Parish Radio 105.3FM and can be viewed on http://www.oranmoreparish.org/live/. Burial afterwards in Renville Cemetery. Family flowers only.
