Sarah passed away peacefully, on the 26th November, in the loving care of the nurses and doctors in University Hospital Galway, surrounded by her heartbroken family. Pre-deceased by her husband Seán. Deeply regretted by her daughter, Caroline, son, John, daughter in law Siobhan, grandchildren Shauna and Sophie, brother in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and large circle of friends.

Sarah will be reposing at her son John's home (H53FC63) on Tuesday, 28th November, from 4pm-7:30pm with removal to St. Patrick's Church, Kiltormer. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, 29th November, at 11:00am, followed by burial in local cemetery. Messages of sympathy can be left in the Condolence Book below.
