On Sunday 12th January 2025 Sally died peacefully surrounded by her loving family and wonderful staff in Maryfield Nursing Home, Athenry.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Jack, her sisters Kathleen, Frances, Celia, Teresa and Mary Margaret ; her brother Patrick, her mother Nora and her father Tom.
Sally will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by her sisters Eileen o,Connor and Annie Fitzpatrick, her brother Willie o,Halloran, her niece Helen Murphy and all her adored nieces and nephews, brothers in law, sisters in law, grand nephews, grand nieces, neighbours and her wide circle of wonderful friends.
Reposing at ‘St. Anthony’s Room’ within the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra on Tuesday from 5.00 p.m.with removal at 6-30p.m. into the Church.
Funeral Mass for Sally Bowes on Wednesday, at 11 a.m. followed by burial in Bushypark Cemetery.
