Barkhill, Woodford, Galway.

Robbie passed away at home, in his 89^th year surrounded by his loved ones and friends. Predeceased by his sister Mamie, and nephew Dermot. He will be sadly missed by his partner Annie Mae who has been his devoted carer in later years, Bridget and his best girls Andrea and Robyn, extended family, neighbours and friends. We would like to thank all the staff in Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe and St Brendan’s CNU in Loughrea for the good care they gave to him during his recent illness and recuperation, and the paramedics from Loughrea and Scariff for their dedication and commitment – they truly went above and beyond. We would also like to thank our neighbours and friends for their support and well wishes during this difficult time.

Reposing at St. Mary’s funeral home in Woodford (eircode H62 YV04) on Tuesday 11th January from 5 pm. Removal at 7 pm to St. John the Baptist Church in Woodford. Funeral mass is on Wednesday 12th January at 12 noon with burial after in the adjoining cemetery. Funeral Mass will be available locally on FM 105.0 radio and livestreamed on the following link https://www.facebook.com/Woodf4dLooscaun/
