Predeceased by her parents Stephen and Matilda Dwyer, her beloved husband Sean and son Stephen, her sisters Maura, Chris and Dympna and her brothers Gerard and Laurence.

Phyllis passed away peacefully on the 19th March 2024, in her 98th year, in the presence of her loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff of St. Brendan's CNU, Loughrea and the Pallative Care Team of Galway Hospice.

Phyllis is deeply missed by her loving children John, Mary, Carmel, Oliver, Teresa, Paul and their families, her sister Pat, her 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, cousins, neighbours and many friends.

Phyllis will repose in Flowerhill House (H53 X6C6) on Thursday 21st March from 3-7pm. A one-way traffic system will operate with access from the Killimor side. Please adhere to the directions of the stewards.
Funeral cortége will arrive at St Lawrence's Church Tynagh on Friday 22nd March at 11.45am for Requiem Mass for Phyllis at 12noon, followed by burial in Tynagh cemetery. For those unable to attend Mass can be viewed using the following link: Mass for Phyllis
