On Saturday, February 08, 2025, Phil died peacefully following the excellent care she received from the staff of University Hospital, Galway and from the wonderful staff at St. Mary’s Nursing Home where she has lived for some time.
Dearly loved and mourned by her husband Jim (Séamus), sons Desmond and his wife Louise, Shane and his partner Estrela and Ronan and his partner Caroline. Phil will be greatly missed always by her adored granddaughters Mariana and Sofia, nieces and nephews in particular Annette, Aidan and Anna Marie and by the Boyle and O’Hara relatives, and friends.

Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, (H91 V1K8) from 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Wednesday, February 12, 2025 -
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Phil on arrival at 11 a.m. at the Jesuit Church, Sea Road. H91 Y544/ Following Mass she will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery (H91 XW6).
