After a short illness so bravely borne with dignity, courage and humour, Phil passed away peacefully surrounded by her heartbroken family in the loving care of the staff of St Joseph's ward, University Hospital, Galway.

 

Predeceased by her parents John and Della Conroy and her cherished sister Joan Carrick, Phil will be forever missed by her husband Tommie, brother Peadar, sister Mary, sons Declan, Robert and Cathal, daughters Noelle, Sharon (Shally) and Leanne (Muldoon), sons in law Eric, Robert and Tommy, daughters in law Catherine and Hazel, her adored grandchildren Gemma, Amy, Emily, Michael, Jake, Rian, Megan, Lauren, Keeley, Tommie and Sofia, nieces, nephews, her loyal companion Poppy, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

 

Your wisdom and kindness will always be missed.

You remain forever in our hearts.

 

Reposing at Gilmore's Funeral Home, Moylough (H53 V6Y3), on Tuesday, April 16th, from 5pm to 7pm, followed by requiem Mass in St Patrick's Church, Moylough, Ballinasloe, on Wednesday, April 17th, at 12pm, burial afterwards in Moylough Cemetery.

 

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Make-A-Wish Ireland, a children's charity which grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to give hope, strength and joy. https://www.makeawish.ie/donate
