Bridie passed away peacefully on Saturday, 7th December 2024, in the wonderful care of the Castlegar Nursing Home. Predeceased by her beloved husbands, Noel Finnerty and John-Joe Delargy, her sister Mary, and her brothers Francie, Billy, and Joseph.
Bridie will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her children Jean, Shane, Bryan, Michelle, Michael, Christine, and John, her brother Patrick and her cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, as well as her sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, and her many friends.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Bridie will repose at the Holy Family Funeral Home, Mervue, on Tuesday, 10th December, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by removal to the Church. Her Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, 11th December, at 11:00 a.m., with burial afterwards in Bohermore Cemetery.
