On August 25, 2024, Noreen died peacefully at home with her husband Michael and family by her side. Beloved daughter of the late Michael and Mary O’Malley and sister of the late Margaret and the late Michael (Mike).
Noreen is mourned and sadly missed by her husband, brother Mathias and sisters Annie, Mary, Christina, Eileen Breda, and Sally.
Deeply missed also by her nephews and nieces and a special mention for her niece Eleanor who helped looked after her, grand-nephews and grand-nieces, the extended Concannon and O’Malley family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at ‘St. Pio’s Room’ within the Church of the Sacred Heart, Seamus Quirke Road, Galway, on Wednesday, August 28, from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Noreen on Thursday, August 29, at 11 a.m. and following Mass she will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery. House Strictly Private.
