Predeceased by his parents Ann and Stephen and siblings Jack, Stephen, Josc and Marian. On Monday, 11 March, Noel died unexpectedly and suddenly at Galway University Hospital with his heartbroken family by his side. Deeply loved and mourned by his wife Gráinne, son Jack, daughters Sarah and Marie, daughter-in-law Eileen, son-in-law Dessie and his grandchildren Matthew and Leah with whom he shared a strong bond. His presence will be deeply missed by all the family including his brothers Con and Jim, sisters Ann and Joan and their families. Fondly remembered also by the extended Murphy and O’Connor family, excellent neighbours, friends and last but by no means least, 'Chance' and 'Ruby' “the dogs”.

 

Reposing at home on Thursday evening, 14 March, from 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Arriving at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Seamus Quirke Road (H91 E781) on Friday, 15 March, in advance of the funeral Mass for Noel at 11 a.m. Following Mass he will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery.
