Mee, (Áras na Trá, Cois Cuain, Dr. Colohan Road, Salthill & formerly of Liskea, Williamstown, Co. Galway), Michael passed away unexpectedly on the 7th of March 2025. Predeceased by his parents Bridget & Luke Mee. Deeply mourned by his loving wife Mary, sisters, brother, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

 

May his kind and gentle soul rest in peace

 

Reposing at O’Flaherty’s Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, (H91V1K8) on Wednesday 12th March from 5.30pm with removal at 7pm to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill. Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Michael on Thursday 13th March at 11.00am. Burial afterwards in Réalt na Mara Cemetery, Furbo.

I send my deepest sympathy to Michaels Wife Mary and all his family. Michael was a very generous man, had time for everybody. He was always giving and expected nothing in return. A very positive person with great faith. Sadly missed.

I worked in the Kilkenny shop in Galway many years ago. Michael would call in regularly to fix any electrical issues. He was always smiling and loved having the chats with us all. A true gentleman. My heartfelt condolences to all his family.
