Michael Brodie of Kingston, Galway, Tullyglass, Shannon and formerly of Crusheen, Co. Clare.
On Thursday, 26 October, Michael died peacefully at home with his much- loved wife Deirdre and cherished daughters Caroline, Niamh, Eleanor, Rachel and Gillian by his side. He is deeply mourned by his wife and daughters together with his sons-in-law Roger, Tomasz, Mark and Nat, sister Treasa, brother Tom and by his grandchildren. He had such pride in his nine grandchildren Lucy and Laurence, Christian, Marianna, Alek and Max, Freddie, Aoibheann and Sophie. Sadly missed also by the extended Brodie family and friends. Predeceased by his brother Tony who died in 2019.
Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91V1K8) on Sunday, 29 October, from 4.00 p.m. with Removal at 5.30 p.m. to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill. Expect Traffic Delays (See Route below). Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Michael at 11 a.m. on Monday, 30 October, and following Mass he will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery.
