The death has occurred of Mattie Forde, Parkmore, Beach Haven, Ballinasloe and Ballyhard, Glenamaddy, Co Galway.

Following a short illness.
Predeceased by his parents Robert and Eileen and his brother Peter. Mattie will be sadly missed by his loving sister Vera Reilly, brothers Paddy and Tom, sisters in law Sadie and Bernie, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and the wonderful staff of Beach Haven, M H I D Services, Ballinasloe.
Mattie will be Reposing in Divilly's Funeral Home, Glenamaddy (F45 EF60) on Monday 4th December from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm followed by Removal to St Patrick's Church, Glenamaddy.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday 5th December at 2pm Followed by Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery Glenamaddy.
