Mary Philomena Donohue (nee Finn), Rathgorgan, Athenry, Co. Galway on the 20th November 2023. In her 100th year, in the loving care of the wonderful doctors and Nurses of UHG, Mary passed peacefully to her eternal reward. Predeceased by her husband Patrick (Pakie) daughter Claire, sons Frank and Michael, her grandson Ross, son-in-law Tom, brothers Bill, Paddy, John, Richie, Mickey, Vincent and her sister, Sister Benedict.
Much loved mother of Willie (Rathgorgan), Richard (Dún Laoghaire), Margaret (Brussels), Gabriel (Philadelphia), Martin (Sligo) and Clara (Bilbao), sister to Gabriel (California), mother in-law to Eileen, Anna, Margaret, Majella and Inake. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at her home (H65AE35) on Thursday evening (Nov 23rd) from 5pm to 8pm. Arriving to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kilconieron, Co. Galway, H91 NH59, for 11am Mass on Friday 24th November. Burial afterwards to adjoining cemetery. Funeral Mass will be live streamed on https://funeralslive.ie/mary-donohue/
