Preceded in death by her beloved husband James and adored son Seamus. Mary passed away peacefully in the loving care of the Teaghlach Uilinn Nursing home surrounded by her family. Mary’s legacy of warmth and love lives on in those who knew her. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Denise, granddaughter Maeve, son in-law Aidan, her brother Frank O’Donnell, the Madden Family, the Carroll Family and all other extended family and friends.
A gathering for Mary will be held in Conneely’s Funeral Home, Flood Street, H91 A786, on Tuesday 5th December 2023 from 5p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Her funeral mass will be celebrated in St Joseph’s Church Presentation Road, Galway on Wednesday 6th December 2023 at 11a.m. Following this celebration of Mary’s life, she will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery, reuniting with her beloved husband James and cherished son Seamus.
