Who passed away peacefully on Monday 25th December 2023, surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff of University Hospital Galway.
Predeceased by her brother Shay.
Maureen will be deeply mourned and sadly missed by her loving husband Paddy, daughter Sheila, son Malcolm, son-in-law Peter, daughter-in-law Mags and grandchildren Natasha, Megan, Lucy and Oliver, her sister Teresa and brothers John and Pat, nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and her many friends.
Maureen will lie in Repose in the family home (H62 H270) on Wednesday, 27th December, from 2pm to 5pm.
Maureen’s funeral cortege will arrive to St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea, for Requiem Mass on Thursday, 28th December, at 11am, followed by burial in Mount-Pleasant Cemetery.
