Mary Anne passed peacefully from this life in the excellent care of the staff in St. Brendan’s Community Nursing Unit, Loughrea, on 21st of February 2025.

Predeceased by her beloved husband John (Jackie), her precious daughter Anne and her adored grandson Kenneth Duignan.

Mary Anne was a remarkable lady with a great faith who lived a long and energetic life.
Lovingly remembered by her daughter Christine, sons-in-law Ken Duignan and Tommie Flynn, grandchildren Connor, Shane, Jeanne and Michael, sister Peg, her many nieces, nephews and relatives. She will be greatly missed by her cherished neighbours in Liam Mellows Road and many wonderful friends in Loughrea and beyond.

Mary Anne will repose in Dignity Funeral Care, funeral home, Barrack Street, Loughrea (H62 DV78) on Tuesday 25th February from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral cortége will arrive to St Brendan’s Cathedral Loughrea on Wednesday 26th February at 12.15pm for Mass for Mary Anne at 12.30pm.
Burial will take place after Mass in Mount Pleasant cemetery.
