Martin passed away peacefully on Monday 6th January 2025, surrounded by his loving family, in the care of the staff of Galway University Hospital.

Pre-deceased by his parents Mary and John, his sister Teresa and niece Claire.
Martin will be sadly missed and always remembered by his loving wife Eileen, his children, Edel and Gerard, daughter-in-law Agata, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, members of the extended family, his neighbours and friends.

Martin will repose in Dignity Funeral Care, Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Loughrea (H62 DV76) on Thursday 9th of January from 5pm to 6.30pm. Funeral cortége will arrive at Church of the Holy Family, Clostoken at 10.45am on Friday, 10th January, for Requiem Mass for Martin at 11am. Burial after Mass in Clostoken Cemetery.
