Who passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday 2nd February 2025.

 

Predeceased by her mother Mary, father Martin, stepfather Owen and sister Angela.

 

Margaret will be sadly missed by her husband Bernard, children Jonathan, Maria, Avril and Martin, sons-in-law Senan and Mark, Jonathan’s partner Monika, grandchildren Hannah, Nathan, Megan, Killian, Ella, Alannah, Marcus, great-grandson Thomas, siblings Mary (Loughnane), Diana (Dolan), Ann (Rogers), Martin (Fergus), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and her many friends.

 

Margaret will lie in Repose in Kilboy’s Funeral Home (H62 KF63) on Tuesday 4th February from 5 – 7pm, followed by removal to St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea.

 

Margaret’s Requiem Mass will take place in St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea on Wednesday 5th February at 12.30pm, followed by burial afterwards in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

Margaret’s family would like to express their sincere thanks to all their extended family, neighbours & friends for all their kindness and support at this very sad time.

To dear Margaret's family, i am very sorry to hear of lovely Margaret's death. She was such a very kind person,and certainely to me on my first day at St. Bridget's School in Loughrea. We remained friends since we first met in 1969. I visited Margaret last Summer,and we had a great chat about our times together. Margaret you gave me a blessed card when we were on a retreat day in the school,and i still have . Rest in peace dear Margaret,in Heaven,with God and your loved ones. Never forgotton,thinking and praying for you . Good night,God bless,until we meet again,with your lovely smile.
