Peg passed away peacefully at her home, just a couple of months away from her 94th birthday. Predeceased by her husband Willie, her infant son Joseph, her daughter Mary and her son Liam.

Sadly missed by her son John, her grandchildren Ruth, Michael and Kevin, her daughters-in-law Clare and Colette, her cousin and friend of over 80 years Mary King, her magnificent carer Nattaly, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Conneely’s Funeral Home, Flood Street, Galway (H91A786) from 6 to 8pm on Friday, March 17. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Peg at the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra, Galway at 11am on Saturday, March 18, the mass will be livestreamed on http://www.knocknacarraparish.ie/ after which she will be laid to rest at Rahoon Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Poor Clare Monastery, Nuns’ Island, Galway.
