Lucy passed away peacefully on Monday, 13th January 2025, surrounded by her loving family under the care of the staff in the Orchard Ward, Portiuncula Hospital.
Predeceased by her parents, Patrick and Bridget Finnerty, her brothers Pakie, Peter, John, sisters Mary Bridget (Murray). Kitty (Mulvihill), Gertie (Moore) and Rita, her baby daughter Linda Patricia and her baby granddaughter Aoife Marie.
Lucy will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, her husband and best friend Sonnie, sons David and Ollie, daughters Marian, Valerie and Triona, her five cherished grandchildren Aly, Luke, Ava, Caoimhe and Freya, brother Tommie, sister Rose (Moran), sons-in-law Nigel and Maurice, daughter-in-law Sinead, sisters-in-law Kitty (Purcell), Mai (Ruane), Bridie (Neylon), Ena (Steer) and Teresa (Keane), brother-in-law, Michael Keane, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Lucy will repose in St Joseph's Centre, Killimor (H53YD36) on Thursday, 16th January 2025 from 5pm to 7pm.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, 17th January at 12 noon in St. Joseph's Church, Killimor with burial afterwards in Killimor Old Cemetery.
