It is with deep sadness that Lorraine’s family shares the news of her death on 13 March, 2023. She passed away at University Hospital, Galway, unexpectedly with her heartbroken family by her side.

Deeply mourned and very sadly missed by her dearly loved daughters Alex, Charlotte and Bonnie and son Craig, parents Olga and her husband Derek, her partner Peter, sisters Michelle and Pria, grandfather Jimmy Traynor, uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her family home, 36 Inishannagh Park, Newcastle, Galway (H91 F57E) on Sunday, 19 March, 2023 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Removal on Monday morning, 20 March to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, The Claddagh for Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. Following Mass, Lorraine will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery, close to her family and the home she loved so much.
