Liam slipped away peacefully on Sunday 26 May, 2024 in the care of the Galway Hospice and with his dearly loved family by his side.
Predeceased by his parents Willie and Franco (nee Croke) and sister Mary Cantwell (nee Walsh).
A devoted Dad to, and dearly loved father of, Shane, Niamh, Ronan, Aodhán and Tara. Deeply mourned by his sons and daughters, sister Eileen, brothers John and Don, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, daughters-in-law; Yvonne, Rachel and Grace, Tara's partner Jamie, grandchildren; Katelynn, Sadhbh, Fiadh, Taylor Mai, William and Odhran.
Fondly remembered by relatives, neighbours, friends and extended family.
Reposing at the Church of the Holy Family Funeral Parlour, Mervue on Wednesday 29 May from 6.30 p.m. with Removal at 8.00 p.m. to the adjacent Church. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Liam on Thursday, 30 May at 11.00 a.m. and following Mass he will be laid to rest in the new cemetery, Bohermore.
