John passed away suddenly at his home on Tuesday 19 September, 2023. Beloved husband of Ann and very much loved father of Carol, Sandra, Pauline and Diane. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his wife and daughters, brothers Tommy, Mattie and Michael, sisters Pauline and Chris, sons-in-law Kevin, James and Gary, his adored grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, the extended Barrett and Holland family, neighbours and friends.

 

Reposing at Aiséirí, Moycullen (H91 Y54A) on Friday, 22 September, from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for John on Saturday, 23 September, at 12 noon at the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Killannin. Following Mass John will be laid to rest in Killannin Cemetery.
