Jimmy passed peacefully on Monday, 4th of March, in the wonderful care of the staff at Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe. Predeceased by his mother Mary, father Paddy, stepfather Michael, son Edward, brothers-in-law Paddy Kilkenny, Bobby Kilkenny and Paddy Seale. Much loved husband of Betty, father to Caroline and Jamie, grandfather to James, Cassandra, Tomás, Natalie, Edward and Dervla, great-grandfather to James, John, Zoe, Seán and Tommy. Sadly missed by his daughter-in-law Geraldine, son-in-law Seamus, sister Mary, brothers Jack and Paddy, sisters-in-law Kathleen and Mary, brother-in-law George, extended family, nieces, nephews, neighbours, friends and work colleagues.

Jimmy will repose in Grenham's Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15) on Thursday, 7th of March, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Friday morning to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Creagh for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in Creagh Cemetery.
