Jack passed away very peacefully at University College Hospital on Saturday 16th December 2023.

Deeply loved and mourned by his loving children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister Nellie, sister in law Kathleen, nieces and nephew's, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his residence H54TN20 on Tuesday 19th December from 6p.m to 8p.m
Removal on Wednesday morning to St.Benin's Church Kilbannon for funeral mass at 11.00a.m followed by burial afterwards in Tuam Cemetery.
