Peacefully at home on Monday 26th August, surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness borne bravely.
Pre-deceased by her adored father Tommy.
Deeply regretted by her heartbroken mother Nellie, brother JP, her best friends and sisters, Marie (O’Keeffe) and Evelyn, sister-in-law Lesley, brother-in-law Brian, nephews Iain, Shane, Kevan, Darragh and their partners, her adored grandnephew Joseph, aunts, uncles, cousins and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at Áras Naofa, within the grounds of St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Renmore (H91YV52) on Wednesday, 28th August from 17:30-19:00. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Irene at St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Renmore on Thursday, 29th August, at 12 noon, followed by burial in Rinville Cemetery, Oranmore.
