Gertrude Cooney, Peterswell, Co. Galway. 12th of August 2024, peacefully in the care of the staff of UHG.
Predeceased by her parents Josie and Maureen and her niece Laura.
Sadly missed by her brother Joe, sister Mary, sister-in-law Mary, nieces Heather and Niamh, nephews Donal, Conor and Shane and her relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Monahan's Funeral Home, Labane, Ardrahan (H91 E793) on Thursday the 15th of August from 5.30pm to 7pm. Removal on Friday morning 16th of August to St. Thomas' Church, Peterswell for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Labane cemetery.
