Frank passed unexpectedly at University Hospital Galway. Pre-deceased by his mother Mary, father Patrick and brother Martin-Joe.
Sadly missed by his loving family; heartbroken wife Chris, daughter Elaine, brother John, sister-in-law Collette, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Funeral Mass for Frank Carroll will take place on Monday, 16th September, at 12 noon in St. Colman's Church, Corofin (H54 X768). Cremation Service to follow in Shannon Crematorium (V14 PV30) at 3pm.
