Dermot passed peacefully on Wednesday the 11th of October, 2023, in the wonderful care of the staff at Garbally View Nursing Home, Ballinasloe. Predeceased by his parents John and Julia Ann. Dermot will be sadly missed by his brother Michael, cousins, extended family, neighbours & friends.

Dermot will repose in Grenham's Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15) on Friday, 13th of October, from 5.30pm, with removal at 7pm to St. Michael's Church, Ballinasloe. Dermot's Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 11am, followed by burial in Clontuskert Cemetery. Dermot's Funeral Mass can be viewed via live stream on https://www.churchservices.tv/ballinasloe
