passed away peacefully at Aras Mhuire Community Nursing Unit, Tuam surrounded by her loving family on 5th March 2024 in her 91st year.
Predeceased by her loving husband Joe, her infant son Gerard, who passed away on the very same date, the 5th of March 1970, her parents Thomas and Nora Mitchell, Sister Mary Rose, brother in law Charlie, and her nephew Thomas.
Deeply missed by her sons Tommy and Eddie Joe, her daughters Carmel (Comer), Bernadette (Raftery), Kathleen (Glynn), Josie (Silke), Delia (Healy), Fidelma (Killilea), Nuala (Mullins), Colette (Finnegan), Claire (Murphy) and Noelle (Gormley), sons in law, daughters in law, her sister Nollaig and her brothers Micheál, Justin, Jackie and Gerard.
Cherished Grandmother to 36 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren, her brother in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends.
Reposing at Glynn's Funeral Home, Dunmore H54NY61 this Thursday evening, 7th of March, from 5.00pm to 7.30 pm followed by removal to The Church Of Our Lady & St. Nicholas Dunmore - H54Y573.
Funeral Mass on Friday at 1 pm followed by burial in Dunmore Cemetery. The funeral mass will be available on the local parish website.
