Bríd died peacefully in the wonderful care of the team at University Hospital Galway on 22nd January 2024 after a very sudden short illness. Pre-deceased by her parents Patrick and Mary (Barna), and her brother Paddy;
Bríd will be deeply mourned and sadly missed by her husband Jack (Seán) and son Aidan, her adored grandchildren Ciara, Shane and Aoife, daughter-in-law Ruth; by her brother Tony, sisters Mary and Phil, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, colleagues, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Aras Naofa within the grounds of Saint Oliver Plunkett Church, Renmore on Friday 26th January from 5pm, removal at 6.30pm to the adjoining Church. Mass on Saturday at 12:00 noon, funeral afterwards to The New Cemetery, Bohermore.
