The death has occurred of Brian Mahon Doonbeg, Upper Bishop Street, Tuam & formerly Sion Hill, Dunmore, Co. Galway. Peacefully. February 22nd 2024, at University College Hospital, Galway.

Predeceased by his infant son James, siblings Peggy, Eithne, Louie, Tom, Fr Paddy, and Jack.

 

Brian will be deeply missed by his devoted wife Mary, his cherished children Marie, Olive, Clare, Paddy, Brian, David and John, his brother Brendan, his adored grandchildren Dylan, Ronan, Laura, Kathryn, Sean, Ciara, David, Alan, Cormac, Jack, Fionn, James, Harley, and great-grandchildren Cadhla and Jamie, along with sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, extended family, and a wide circle of friends & neighbours.

Brian will repose at Glynn’s funeral home, High Street, Tuam H54VC53, from 4 o'clock until 7 o'clock this Sunday evening February 25th, with removal afterwards to The Cathedral Of The Assumption, Tuam. The Funeral Mass will take place on Monday at 11.30am with burial afterwards in Dunmore cemetery. The funeral mass can be viewed on Tuam Cathedral Web-cam
